What this policy covers#
This policy explains how [to be completed: company name] ("AdTomato", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, on the website adtomato.ai and in the dashboard at app.adtomato.ai. It complements the Privacy Policy.
Your choice#
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category. Until you choose, only necessary storage is used, and no analytics or advertising tag is loaded. Your choice is stored with its date and the version of this policy; when the policy changes, we ask again.
You can change your choice at any time in the , also available in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the tags from loading from then on, and we delete the cookies of that category that were set on our domain (such as _ga, _fbp, _ttp and at_hero). Cookies a provider set on its own domain stay until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.
Categories#
- Necessary (always on): keep the site working and remember choices you made, such as the colour scheme, your cookie choice and the plan you built. They do not track you across other sites.
- Analytics (off until you allow it): Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages and steps help visitors and where they get stuck. It also lets us test two versions of the home page and keep the campaign link you arrived by.
- Ads (off until you allow it): Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel measure which of our own ads bring visitors and registrations, so we can pay for the ads that work; with this category we also keep the ad click that brought you.
Google tags run with Google Consent Mode: everything is denied by default, and the tags are not loaded until you allow a category.

Without consent, the campaign parameters and click ids of your visit are not stored: they are only added to the registration link on the page you are reading. The dashboard also uses necessary cookies or storage to keep you signed in and to protect your account, and keeps the plan that came with the registration link (adtomato.intent, local storage, 30 days) to prefill your account. Third-party providers may change the names and durations of their cookies; their own policies apply to the data they receive, and they may process it outside your country (see International transfers).
How to change or delete them#
- Open the and switch categories on or off.
- Delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings; the banner will then ask again.
- Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Changes to this policy#
When we add or change a cookie or tag, we update this policy and its version, and the banner asks for your choice again.
